Sorry, but we do not accept telephone orders. [except in the Murrieta/Temecula/Elsinore areas if you wish to pick up your order] The time it would take to process telephone orders would take away field service time. This company is run by full time pioneers. We hope you understand.
CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?

To save time and shipping cost, please make sure that your order is complete at the time of submitting your order. If you
wish to add to an order, you must make a new order with only the additions on it. Yes, this means you will have two orders, your original and your add-on order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship orders as soon as possible. Most (not all) orders are shipped within 1-5 business days, some may take longer. Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS, our discretion. It is your responsibility to provide us an address to which carriers can deliver. If you know that one of these carriers do not deliver to your address then please let us know. We have no control over carrier shipping problems, strikes, weather or disaster related delays. It is recommended that you purchase Optional Signature Required (exta fee $2.95). We have no control over products once they leave our site. Any claims for shipping loss or damage needs to be filed by you with the carrier. Shipping prices are subject to change. See chart at bottom of page for current rates.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Bank payments for all online orders. All online orders are through PayPal. We do not receive your credit card information. We only accept personal checks and cashiers checks and/or money orders if you use the "Mail Order Form". Mail Orders will ship after check has cleared. This can take up to ten days.
HOW MAY I RETURN AN ITEM?

Before returning an item, please contact us by e-mail at custserv.wpi@gmail.com for return authorization & shipping information. No returns accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be accompanied by your purchase receipt. If you have ordered an item in error and it is in new, re-saleable condition, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt of the order for a full refund, less shipping charges. Your returned items will be credited via the Pay-Pal payment method (or check) you used to make your purchase. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. All products have a 7 day return policy. (except Bible or Bookbinding Service with optional Name or Date Imprint, these are non returnable). All returns are shipped at customers expense. Please examine your order when it is received. Orders that are damaged or lost in shipping must be handled by you directly with the shipping carrier.
WHAT ABOUT VINYL PRODUCTS?

Items left in extreme hot or cold temperatures or that have been used are not eligible for replacement.
Defective items will need to be returned to ServiceSupplies.net within 7 days.
WHAT ABOUT GENUINE LEATHER BIBLE OR BOOKBINDING SERVICE & LEATHER PRODUCTS?

These items are hand crafted in genuine leather. Each item will be slightly different, as no leather is exactly alike. Colors vary within color scheme. Like all leather products, there are minor imperfections, this is normal and adds to the personality of each item. We are not perfect, & neither are the leather products and binding service. - Romans 3:23
Bible/book binding with optional Name or Date Imprint is non refundable or returnable. No exceptions. Carefully pack and ship us your new literature for binding. Ship to: Wpi ServiceSupplies.net 40996 Oak Creek Rd. Murrieta, Ca. 92562. Used or damaged literature will not be accepted.

ARE THE PRODUCTS IN STOCK?

We try our best to have all items listed on the site in stock. Sometimes due to heavy orders we may be currently out of stock on an item. (Eccl. 9:11) We will ship as soon as possible to fill your order or we may inform you if it will be longer than normal order filling time. If we are unable to fill your order on a certain item, we will gladly refund the cost of that out of stock item and ship the rest of the order.
